ISLC is a student led initiative
focused on connecting a diverse group of sports industry leaders and facilitating meaningful discussion around sport, leadership, and society. ISLC allows students the opportunity to develop an immersive perspective on leadership outside of the classroom.
Understanding the pressure and scrutiny that accompanies performing under high expectations and the bright lights of the sports world, this year’s theme “Thriving Under Pressure: Navigating the High Stakes World of Sports Leadership” will unite elite speakers, widely-recognized sponsors and passionate students to explore the challenges that come with excelling in the sports industry.
Alongside the conference, ISLC is proud to announce our annual case competition. The case competition empowers aspiring students to think critically and present their application of concepts to a panel of leaders in the field.
